Is copying the new Black?

Seems to a bit of it going on. Mentioned it a little here. Atleast Violet mentioned where she got her inspiration ( cough splutter copy ) from.

And who the artist was.

And she is allowed.
Because she is family and they are the rules.

There was always going to be a time where one of our kids was going to cross the line of taking family jokes and turning them into a public joke. As a child of Indian Immigrants it isn't uncommon for myself or my siblings to take of their accent. In fact we do it rather often. So much so that now Violet does it. We get the " you have just won a mobile phone " (in an Indian accent) and even more frightening when Violet opened a lolly bag from a recent party to find a chico in it she said " hello I am from India" (in a thick Indian Accent ) and proceeded to eat it.

I am sure that is quite politically Incorrect!

As my husband is still attempting to redeem himself from my birthday shannigans he decided to clean out the pantry this weekend whilst I was doing a course.



He may nearly be there!!!

On top of that I had excitedly ordered one of Stacey's hats . I bought these for my girls last year and couldn't resist getting one for myself.

I love it !! And who said matching your kids was daggy????????

All good things must come to an end...

Last day of school holidays today. Yippppeeeeeeeee.

Not that I haven't enjoyed quality time with my girls.

But after two whole weeks my patience was wearing a little thin. I am sure you get what I mean.
In particular Wednesday was a doozy not only was there those crazy storms that blew of half of our gate and ripped an awning clean off I locked myself out of the house. with the kids.
The crying whining wet kids.
Anyhoo a yummy lunch with friends and a good dose of Hannah Montana in 3D seemed to brighten the day for myself and Violet (who was bopping in her seat with mega sized 3D glasses on). Then to my surprise I recieved a birthday present in the mail. Check it out HERE

How fantastic... what a nice thought. I love it so much that I haven't taken it off when I am around the house.... maybe I am getting closer to being Martha....So thank you Thank you thank you Cam!
