Well if that didn't send her poor father racing off to the gym, I don't know what will. Those cards are lovely. And well done on your sugar-free life - as a fellow sugar-freak I am v. impressed (but not ready to walk your path yet, still trying the eat-what-you-like and exercise like a maniac approach).
